Gorilla Works Marketing

Government & Law Enforcement Request Policy

Gorilla Works Marketing LLC

Last updated: September 2026

This policy describes how Gorilla Works Marketing LLC ("Gorilla Works," "we," "us") handles requests from government agencies or law enforcement for personal data or personal information relating to our users, including data we access through third-party platform integrations (such as Meta's Graph API and Marketing API).

1. Legal Review Requirement

Before disclosing any personal data or personal information in response to a request from a public authority, we review the request to confirm it is accompanied by valid legal process appropriate to the type of data sought (e.g., subpoena, court order, search warrant, or other legally binding demand). Requests that lack proper legal basis are not honored.

2. Right to Challenge

Where a request appears overly broad, legally deficient, or not properly issued, we reserve the right to challenge it through appropriate legal channels before any data is disclosed, including seeking clarification or narrowing of scope, or declining to comply absent a legally sufficient basis.

3. Data Minimization

When a request is determined to be valid, we disclose only the specific data or categories of data identified in the request. We do not provide broader access to user data, systems, or accounts than what is legally compelled.

4. Documentation

We maintain records of any government or law enforcement requests received, including the nature of the request, the legal basis cited, our assessment of that request, and what (if anything) was ultimately disclosed in response.

5. Scope

This policy applies to all personal data and personal information Gorilla Works Marketing processes on behalf of its clients, including data obtained through integrations with third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, and other connected services.
